Historic Courthouse Area Porch Rebuild
The Challenge: Rotten wood decking and columns were compromising the home's curb appeal and safety.
The Solution: We temporarily supported the existing roof to clear out the decay and began the process to reclaim the structural integrity.
The Result: A brand-new, pressure-treated deck and modern aluminum columns. High-quality craftsmanship for a client who needed a reliable, long-term solution.
Pool Bar & Change Room
The Request: A recently added backyard pool was in need of a complimentary space on an existing concrete pad.
The Solution: Ground-up construction of a stand-alone poolside changing room and bar. The structure was fully framed, weather-wrapped, and roofed as part of a complete build.
The Result: A compact outbuilding that provides convenient changing space and a dedicated area for relaxing & entertaining.
Prestige & Heritage
Entrusted with one of the oldest poured-concrete residences in London, Ontario, we performed extensive restorative work to preserve this local landmark.
Working on poured concrete requires specialized knowledge. Gord led the team and executed a full re-roof of the main section and meticulously resealed the original windows and doors to improve efficiency while maintaining historical accuracy.
By reinforcing the static roof structure, we ensured this iconic "castle" remains a cornerstone of London’s architectural history for another century. A solid investment in preservation for a client who understands the value of a strong foundation.
Full Basement Refinish
Turning raw space into a luxury retreat.
This project involved opening the staircase for a modern, open-concept feel, complete with custom glass and railing.
We maximized the square footage by adding a 3-piece bathroom, two bedrooms, and a two-section rec room tailored for both movie nights and quiet visits.
A perfect example of high-end finishing in a modern new build.
