Led by a Fanshawe College Architectural Technologist graduate, Gord & his Team combine professional design theory with decades of general contracting experience to deliver renovations that stand the test of time. It’s about making your home work better for you, inside and out.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Safety isn’t an afterthought—it’s built into our budget. We strictly adhere to OSHA standards and local building codes to ensure every upgrade is structurally sound and hazard-free. Only trained, insured tradespeople are on your site. Our 'Clean-Site' policy means we perform daily hazard sweeps and secure all tools at the end of the shift, minimizing risks for children, pets, and visitors.

Post-Construction
THE 'CLEAN START' HANDOVER
We believe a project isn't finished until your home is ready to be lived in. Our post-construction process begins with a site restoration. We remove all debris, perform a deep-clean of the work zone, and ensure that the only sign we were there is your beautiful new space.
THE FINISHED WORK
We measure our success by how your home feels after we leave, not just the day we finish.
Our Post-Construction phase is designed to protect your investment and ensure that the 'affordable and effective' upgrades we installed stay that way.
Before we sign off, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that our 'effective' upgrades are as promised. Whether it’s a minor trim adjustment or a question about your utility savings, we remain your primary resource for home performance long after the dust has settled.
